With remarkable language skills, Flemming has developed an international business grounded in a strong network of high-end clientele. Fluent in English, German, Spanish, Hebrew, Russian, Danish, Swedish and Norwegian, and, he is a valuable communicator in every aspect of the industry.
Today Flemming brings his architectural prowess to buyers and sellers of real estate, working exclusively with Exit Realty Landmark to provide visionary expertise like no other broker in Manhattan can. His extensive computer skills and Architect background allow him to create 3D renderings for his clients on the computer, an innovative and unrivaled craft that has been very valuable to the success of his business transactions.
Flemming’s comprehensive work history speaks for itself. He has worked as an architect and designer for TUMI and T-TECH, Gaudi Decor Design and Custom Interior, a national award-winning company. He has also designed custom pieces of furniture in Classic, Biedermeier, Art Deco and Modern Styles for Danish Design, Inc., where he was also a Architect and Project Manager.
Impassioned by music and art, Flemming was born in Copenhagen, Denmark and comes from a family that has always supported and encouraged his work as Architect. His ultimate goal is to help as many home seekers as possible find and/or create their dream home.
